The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to approach and win new accounts. A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Laboratory instrumentation, Life Sciences, or Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a global sales or account management role. A deep understanding of the industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for driving sales are essential for success in this position.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients, identifying additional sales opportunities, and serving as the main point of contact. You will also monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to identify emerging opportunities. With a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, Company Bonus, and Comprehensive pension scheme, we offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects your value to our business.
