Job Title: SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized educational support to students with SEN, creating personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs and abilities.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' learning experience, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly, collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an SEN Tutor, with a strong understanding of SEN regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and other professionals.

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule, with the opportunity to work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students.
  • Potential involvement in parent meetings and SEN reviews, with collaboration with other professionals in the education sector.
