About the Role
This SEN Teaching Assistant position is designed for a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with students aged 4-19 who face various barriers due to their complex needs. You will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes creating a happy and well-being environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The School
We are a lovely school located in the Guildford / Godalming area, dedicated to addressing the educational, social, and therapeutic needs of students. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors who work together to provide a comprehensive support system for our students.

Responsibilities
* Assist students with learning difficulties, including autism, sensory impairments, physical difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and associated challenging behaviours.
* Collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students' educational, social, and emotional growth.

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
