Capital Markets Risk and Resiliency Associate:

The Associate will report to the Capital Markets Risk and Resiliency Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Capital Markets Operational Resiliency and Third-Party Risk programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Asset Servicing Operational Resiliency office to ensure adherence to the Corporate Risk Policy and manage Third-Party risks effectively.

The role involves interacting with various stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, and requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Capital Markets business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align day-to-day activities with Operational Resiliency and Third-Party Risk programs.
  • Support local regulatory and audit engagements related to Operational Resiliency and Third-Party Risk.
  • Maintain compliance with Operational Resiliency Requirements and internal and regulatory-driven best business practices.
  • Support Senior team members in reviewing internal and external Third-Party Risk related events and issues.
  • Support the review of Important Business Services and ensure completion of required resiliency testing.
  • Support the implementation of the Capital Markets strategy by participating in special projects.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge of operational resiliency, including disaster/business recovery, business continuity management, 3rd party vendor/outsourcing, corporate risk policies, and standards.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and completing deliverables across the line.

Experience Preferred:

  • 5+ years of related experience in operational resiliency, third-party risk management, or Capital Markets.
