Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for our student housing assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Asset Management, with some background in the Student Accommodation sector. They will possess strong commercial acumen and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute asset management strategies for student housing assets
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and variance analysis
  • Assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolio and funds

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management
  2. Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
