Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the NPI Development team to ensure the overall quality and delivery of new parts.
  • Liaise with design staff to ensure proposed design concepts can be manufactured cost-effectively.
  • Oversee the prototype build of products, prepare relevant documentation, and participate in PFMEAs and DFMEAs.
  • Work with Operations personnel to optimise and layout assembly areas and assembly tooling.

Requirements:

  • Experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.
  • Background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) within electronics assembly.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent and provable experience in a similar position.
