Role Overview
Together Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee or Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team at our Colchester practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career as a dental professional, working with a dynamic and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • To provide high-quality patient care and support to the dental team.
  • To assist with surgeries, administering local anaesthetics, taking impressions, and preparing equipment.
  • To maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues.


What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, registration fees, indemnity cover, and continued professional development funding. If you are a Trainee Nurse, we will fund your Dental Nursing Qualification, which can be completed within 18 months. For Qualified Nurses, we offer ongoing support and opportunities for career advancement.

Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30, with one Saturday per month, 4-hour shift. We require a commitment of at least 2 years following qualification. Our focus is on creating a structured programme that allows you to continually develop and achieve your career goals in a supportive environment using state-of-the-art surgeries and equipment.
