About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a crisis intervention professional in our North East London team. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Working with individuals in crisis, their families, and other stakeholders to provide essential support and guidance.
  2. Assessing crisis situations effectively and efficiently using triage tools.
  3. Developing and implementing crisis care plans tailored to individual needs.
  4. Providing supervision to junior staff as delegated by senior management.
  5. Responding to urgent referrals within a 4-hour time frame.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or Social Work or Allied Health Professional qualification.
  • ENB 998 or equivalent.
  • Experience in mental health crisis response or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working autonomously.
  • Demonstrable experience of assessing and planning care.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Salary: £32,878 - £43,041 per annum.
