Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Specialist to join our Care of the Elderly department as a Trust Senior Clinical Fellow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing middle grade cover to our busy care of elderly ward, supporting and teaching junior doctors, leading the MDT, and liaising with MDT staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Lead the MDT to ensure seamless care coordination and effective decision-making
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £49,559 - £64,288 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including
