Job Description
Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
