About the role:

As a Care Assistant with Runwood Homes, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that makes a difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for promoting independence and delivering high-quality care in a safe and comfortable environment.

We have opportunities available for Care Assistants to work flexibly across our homes in Essex and Hertfordshire. This is a bank contract, and successful applicants will be required to travel to different locations on an as-and-when basis. A driving license is preferred for this role.

About you:

We welcome candidates with or without experience, as full training will be provided. What's essential is your empathy, warm-hearted approach, and excellent communication skills. Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous, but we can support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
