About the Role:

This is a field-based, full-time role that requires you to travel regionally to inspect fire doors at various sites. You will use an app on a PDA to report on the status of each fire door and build professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect fire doors at regional sites
  • Use an app on a PDA to report on the status of each fire door
  • Build professional relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of works completed
  • Ensure all tools and machinery are kept clean and in good repair

Requirements:

  • Good practical, manual dexterity and co-ordination skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Experience of carrying out fire door inspections
  • Recognised fire door inspection qualifications (FDIS, BRE etc)
  • High attention to detail
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
