Role Overview:

The Employee Relations Specialist role at Grace is designed to provide a comprehensive approach to workplace relations. This includes developing strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, managing complex casework, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in employee relations to drive business outcomes and improve the overall employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in casework management, including handling disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Strategic partnerships with line managers and stakeholders to promote effective employee relations.
  • Coaching and training line managers to enhance their employee relations skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Participation in organizational initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in employee relations, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • CIPD qualified or studying towards relevant HR qualifications.
Remuneration Package:
  • A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
