**Duties of a Workshop Manager:**

* As Special Purpose Machine Build Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplined team of technicians to ensure each build is completed on time, within budget, and that it is handed over to the customer with complete satisfaction.

**Requirements of a Workshop Manager:**

* Have a proven background in leading an engineering team within a special purpose machine build environment, with direct responsibility for plant performance, achieving targets, process development, mentoring staff, setting and monitoring KPIs, and managing time-critical projects.

You will ideally be:

* Qualified to a HNC standard mechanically
* Have climbed the ranks of engineering from an apprentice level (ideally in toolmaking or mechanical fitting) into a position where you have led a team.
