Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to lead our team of commercial lawyers and provide guidance and support while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements, including NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, and SaaS contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts are legally sound and effectively mitigate risks while aligning with the company's strategic and operational goals.
  • Advise internal teams on contract-related legal issues and interpret terms as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Law, preferably with team leadership experience.
  • A UK Solicitor qualification (or equivalent).

Salary and Benefits
