We are committed to investing in our staff and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. As a Therapeutic Practitioner in Academic Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional well-being of our students.

Your key responsibilities will include developing pupils' regulation strategies, working proactively with children/young people, parents/carers, staff, and external agencies, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements and initiatives as directed.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent written communication skills, a sound working knowledge of Child Protection issues, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A full UK driving licence is also essential.

The salary for this position is approximately £20,421 per annum, based on 50 hours per week. Benefits include bespoke training packages, company pension, on-site free parking, a company laptop, and mobile phone.
