Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Kit Kemp Design Studio in London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a visionary creative process, contributing to the development of extraordinary guest experiences across Firmdale Hotels.

Job Description
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee the smooth operation of the Kit Kemp Design Studio, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing necessary materials in advance.
  • Personal Assistant:
    • Support Kit Kemp and her team in managing project timelines and deliverables.
    • Act as a liaison between Kit Kemp, designers, suppliers, and collaborators, assisting with photoshoots and Shop Kit Kemp.
    • Maintain and manage Kit Kemp's daily schedule, including appointments and meetings.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Place orders for furniture and repairs for properties in the UK and abroad.
    • Manage installations, deliveries, and international shipments to Kit Kemp's properties.
    • Coordinate with Press and Public Relations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant within the interior design or creative industries.
  • Knowledge of the Interior Design community and directory.
  • Experience dealing with the business side of collaborations and commissions.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
