Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Drama Educator to join our team at the Wayman Group. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Drama lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.

The successful candidate will possess a formal teaching qualification with QTS, as well as experience in teaching Drama. You must also be legally permitted to work in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a mixed school with state-of-the-art facilities and a good Ofsted report. Our school boasts excellent behaviour, top 14% Progress 8 score, and strong leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Drama lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all learners
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
