Yolk Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in South Wales. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, taking them from discovery calls to design and point of sale.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospect existing clients through outbound calls and emails
  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls, manage project requirements, and client expectations
  • Create project plans and provide pre-sales technical assistance
  • Work closely with internal engineers to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions
  • Manage client expectations, gain feedback, and update the CRM
Requirements:
  • Civil or structural engineering qualification or experience working in an engineering environment
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawings
  • Ability to produce accurate drawings of concrete and steel
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000
  • Annual bonus
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 9am - 5pm
