About the Role

At Orri, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff and clients. As a Therapy and Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering innovative and effective treatment for eating disorders.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions for clients, using evidence-based and client-centred principles to support their recovery and independence.

This is a Monday-to-Friday role, offering 33 days annual leave (pro rata), enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption package, comprehensive induction, and ongoing training opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a contributory pension scheme, private healthcare after probation, and career development opportunities.
