We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Our clients require support with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to ensure their independence and well-being.
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Helping with light housekeeping and domestic tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Providing companionship and conversation
