Event Registration Manager - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Registration Manager to join our team at Blank Space Recruitment. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale events and experiences for global brands in the healthcare and pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event registration processes using Cvent or similar event technology platforms
  • Handle large amounts of data and complex rooming lists for events
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Travel to offices south of London twice a month and for additional client meetings/on-site events

Requirements:

  • Background in events registration, preferably for corporate events or congresses
  • Advanced Excel skills to manage data and complex rooming lists
  • International travel experience for on-site events registration
