About the Position:
  • You will collaborate with teaching staff to develop personalized support plans, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • In this dynamic role, you will provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, ensuring students receive the help they need to succeed.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), working closely with teaching staff to deliver effective support.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is a fundamental requirement for this role.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish trust with students are vital qualities required by the ideal candidate.
