Student Success Facilitator

We are seeking a Student Success Facilitator to join our team at beBee Professionals in High Wycombe. In this critical role, you will provide vital support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
About the Position:- You will collaborate with teaching staff to develop personalized support plans, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
- In this dynamic role, you will provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, ensuring students receive the help they need to succeed.
- The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), working closely with teaching staff to deliver effective support.
