Learning Facilitator Role

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd.
This role involves working remotely with occasional travel within a 50-mile radius and requires someone with experience delivering Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards at level 3.
You will be responsible for developing schemes of work and session plans under the guidance of our Quality Team and facilitating Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3, providing expert instruction and support.
In addition, you will evaluate learner performance within workplace settings, use this information to inform future teaching practices, and conduct regular progress reviews with learners.
With a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our learners.
