About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Visit Planner to join our team, responsible for planning and coordinating visit schedules for consultants, ensuring maximum diary efficiency and meeting client needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in scheduling, planning, or diary management, with excellent IT skills and a strong attention to detail. They will also have high levels of initiative, motivation, and organization, with the ability to prioritize their workload and meet deadlines.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, voluntary private medical, and Simply health care plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate visit schedules for consultants in an efficient and cost-effective manner

* Ensure maximum use of diary space, focusing on directly employed consultants followed by associates

* Allocate appointments to the appropriate consultants depending on visit type

* Work with consultants to keep diary availability updated

* Coordinate and distribute information to clients by telephone and email

* Ensure scheduling systems are fully updated with status of visits

Requirements:

* Previous experience in scheduling, planning, or diary management

* Excellent IT skills, including all office products and specifically Excel

* Knowledge of UK geography and postcode areas

* High levels of attention to detail with the ability to work promptly and with accuracy

* Ability to work on own initiative and pro-active approach to problem solving

* Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize own workload and meet deadlines
