**What will you be doing?**
- Actively support the business on Safety, Quality & Assurance matters by conducting regular site visits (as per our Annual planner), assure the business the right standards are in place, undertake regular audits, including engagement visits and monitor progressagainst the site improvement plans.
- You will support National services, which will also include demolition and IS services.
- Engage with teams and identify further improvements and provide solutions.
- To work closely with the Regional Safety Manager, to support operations and where appropriate support and liaise with external stakeholders, regulators and customers.
- To liaise with clients and support and advice on industry best practices.
**What are we looking for?**
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Auditing experience and a background in demolition is also preferred
- Experience of different operational activities and the ability to influence key stakeholders on site
- An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
