Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Extinguisher Specialist to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their fire safety equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the customer services team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current fire safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular routine servicing and reactive maintenance of clients' fire safety equipment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Participate in on-call duties as part of the area team.
Requirements
  • Relevant certification for working with Ansul and portable fire extinguishers.
  • Experience of working with Ansul systems and portable fire extinguishers.
  • Familiarity with safe working practices and health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
