At Leviat EU, we are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our existing UK Masonry sales team based in Sheffield, UK.

The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability. In addition, it is also responsible for encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.

Main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Responding to questions and queries from customers and internal teams through various communication channels.
  2. Preparing quotations in collaboration with Leviat's external teams, technical teams, and commercial management when required.
  3. Proactively following up on quotations with customers.
  4. Negotiating with customers to secure orders.
  5. Liaising with other departments before and after sales.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English grades A-C.
  2. An enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. To be methodical, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
  5. To be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
  6. To possess a good attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. To be able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once while meeting deadlines.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ideal experience of working in a construction or manufacturing business.
  10. A proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.
  11. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
