Key Job Description

An experienced Facilities and Operations Expert is required to oversee site operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services and support to Centre Managers and Head of Operations.

Main Objectives
  • To provide expert guidance on health and safety, technical operations, and contract management, maintaining high standards across the retail estate.
  • To collaborate effectively with tenants, resolving maintenance concerns and ensuring operational compliance.
  • To manage service contracts, maintaining accurate records and preparing comprehensive reports for client reviews.
  • To act as Duty Manager on a rotational basis, covering weekends, late shifts, and bank holidays.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in property management, with a focus on contract administration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong health and safety record, with relevant certifications such as ISOH/NEBOSH.
  • Technical system proficiency, including MEP, life safety, and ICT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
