We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Professional Services division. This role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

As a Recruitment Consultant with A.R.M, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and candidates, developing your knowledge and expertise in the process.

The Job Description

  • Hire top talent by partnering with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire experienced niche talent.
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, applying that knowledge to improve our services and results.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge in recruitment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are committed to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Our Benefits

  • A competitive basic salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
