About the Role:

As a Business Educator at USP College, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering high-quality education and training to our students. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about Business and has a strong commitment to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of our students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans and resources.
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and achievement.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Business and incorporate this into teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven teaching and learning experience in a post-16 setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
