Revenue Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst to join our team at Escode, Part of NCC Group. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing end-to-end customer revenue reporting, from sourcing data through to the production and delivery of reports. You will present regular performance updates to senior management, including sector, geography, team, and account level performance vs. target.
You will create visual representations of revenue data to help stakeholders understand performance metrics and make informed decisions. Additionally, you will develop methodologies to identify growth potential within the existing customer base and develop methodologies to identify, target, and size growth opportunities within acquisition accounts.
You will utilize third-party data feeds to enrich our customer account database, identify revenue trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making, and collaborate with the Pricing Team to develop new pricing strategies to target new and existing customers.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with the marketing function to support strategic and tactical marketing activity and identify data issues that impact the integrity and accuracy of the customer performance and revenue reports. You will work with the relevant teams to ensure issues are understood and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements- A strong foundation in data analysis is crucial. You will work with complex data sets to perform detailed analysis and use statistical methods to predict revenue trends.
- An understanding of the broader business landscape, including market dynamics and competitor behavior.
- An effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and convey insights clearly by translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software is essential.
