Job Title: Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive

Location: London

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive to join our client's friendly and supportive team based in central London. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge in a thrilling industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets as well as upselling across the Dutch market.
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
  • Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company
  • Translating website content, from English to Dutch.

About you:

The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Dutch as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.

Key requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative or Customer Service Executive
  • Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
  • Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated
