Ecommerce and Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to join our ambitious team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our online growth strategy and developing innovative e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Platform Management: Manage e-commerce platforms, optimize user experience, and improve site performance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Product Management: Keep all website products up to date, including price, product descriptions, and imagery, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Event Management: Organize local events for showroom anniversaries, launches of new ranges, and special shopper nights to engage with customers and promote products.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
