Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a SEN pupil in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and defuse pupils' behavioral moments in a compassionate and calm tone.
  • Provide individualized support to the pupil, helping them stay focused and understand their learning tasks.
  • Work with the pupil in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, communicating with the SENCO as needed.
