SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Clacton On Sea area. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive daily rate of £80-£90.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs in a Primary School setting
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies for students with SEN
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or equivalent
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
  • Two professional child-related references
