Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and appropriate care practices at all times
- Support the Manager in all aspects of the home's operation
- Plan and organize daily routines and activities for residents
- Develop and implement care plans for individual children
- Attend review and planning meetings as required
- Administer medication to children as required
- Undertake sleeping in duties as required
- At least two years' experience in residential care within the last five years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
