Job Title: Associate Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Programme Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the delivery of business transformation and controls & performance advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assessment of client environments and develop solutions to address current challenges.
  • Develop and implement PMO, integrated controls & performance, functional set-up and optimisation, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Design target operating models and organisational design in the context of capital infrastructure delivery businesses.
  • Manage the definition and write-up of reports to support findings and recommendations.
  • Deliver workshops with client representatives and work within diverse teams.

Requirements:

  • Extensive industry experience, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience in delivering and managing complex business transformation programmes.
  • Experience in strategy and set-up of target operating models and organisational design.
  • APM, PMI, APMG, or similar certification is advantageous.
