Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Gemini Recruitment is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence and personal injury law, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Department Director and take a proactive approach to client care.
  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases, including dealing with correspondence, preparing cases, and attending clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with a range of clinical negligence cases that have been issued at court.
  • Maintain accurate time costing procedures and implement recommendations made by the supervisor.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in clinical negligence and personal injury law.
  • A clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to use own initiative and sound judgment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and document management.
