About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with acute medical and elderly care needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with experience in assessing, treating, and managing complex cases. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with acute medical and elderly care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote maximum function and quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and training to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
Person Specification
  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy recognised Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Health Care Professions Council registered
  • Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Evidence of post-registration education and / or membership of special interest group associated with Medical / Acute Elderly Care Physiotherapy
