Facilities Management Lead

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facilities Management Lead to join our team at Ongo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the Logistical & Support Manager, Works Planners, and Administration teams.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment of trades and related administration duties required from the activities of the Maintenance and Empty Homes Teams.
- Monitor and manage ICT systems to ensure the provision of efficient services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
