Job Title: Mandatory Trainer

Location: North West Region

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

We are looking for a skilled Mandatory Trainer to join our team at Routes Healthcare (North). As a Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • To deliver a portfolio of mandatory training courses, including Moving and Handling, Medication, and Basic First Aid.
  • To train and assess applicants on our care mandatory courses, providing feedback and guidance to improve performance.
  • To maintain complete and accurate training records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • To work collaboratively with the Training Manager and Senior Training Officer to develop new training initiatives and enhance existing programs.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be working towards a Training qualification at level 3 or above.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality training in Moving and Handling, Medication, and Basic First Aid.
  • Experience of working within healthcare personally or professionally.
  • A flexible approach to working, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
