We're looking for a skilled Accommodation Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting the tone for a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Deputise for Management: Take charge in the absence of management, resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation services.
  • Coordinate Shift Operations: Organize and manage the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork and customers receive a memorable experience.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure the bar area is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
