Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

At Pin Point Health & Social Care, we are seeking an experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients and promoting independent living for themselves and their dependents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on evidence-based practices and quality assurance.
  • Deliver safe and compliant services, adhering to relevant health and safety policies and legislation.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive recording and sharing of service and client information, in line with policy, legislation, and best practice.
  • Lead on data due diligence and internal and external reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Participate in the recruitment, induction, supervision, annual appraisal, and performance management of the staff team.
  • Provide expert knowledge on domestic abuse and VAWG, understanding the needs of women, children, and men fleeing DA.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with diverse client groups, including those with complex support needs and risks.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality accommodation-based and outreach support services.
  • Good knowledge of welfare benefits, housing options, and related legislation.
  • Understanding of mental health, substance misuse, and related issues affecting the client group.
  • Ability to travel throughout Sutton and other Boroughs.
  • Previous experience using computer-based systems for accurate recording and service user details.
