Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

At Pin Point Health & Social Care, we are seeking an experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients and promoting independent living for themselves and their dependents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on evidence, evaluation, and quality assurance.
  2. Deliver services that are safe, complying with relevant health and safety policies and legislation.
  3. Ensure accurate recording and sharing of service and client information, in line with policy, legislation, and good practice.
  4. Lead on data due diligence and internal and external reporting.
  5. Participate in staff recruitment, induction, supervision, annual appraisal, and performance management.
  6. Provide expert knowledge of domestic abuse and VAWG, understanding the needs of women, children, and men fleeing DA.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working with people with diverse support needs, aspirations, and associated risks.
  2. Delivering high-quality Accommodation-based/Outreach support services to people with varying needs and risks.
  3. Good knowledge of welfare benefits, housing options, and related legislation.
  4. Understanding of mental health, substance misuse, and related issues.
  5. Ability to travel throughout Sutton and other Boroughs.
  6. Previous experience using computer-based systems to record work and service user details.
