Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Team Leader to lead our Homelife Girvan Service, which provides comprehensive support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the service, promoting a culture of excellence, and delivering high-quality care and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of social care principles, and a passion for mentoring and supporting others. A minimum of SVQ Social Care level 3 or equivalent is required for this position.
