Job Description:
In the esteemed role of Product Definition Specialist at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining precise component models and definition drawings. This position demands a highly skilled engineer with expertise in conceptual and detail drafting techniques, coupled with a profound understanding of manufacturing processes. As part of our Combustion, Turbines & Exhaust Engineering Team, you will collaborate with talented professionals to ensure that new and revised component definitions meet design intent and are manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and develop master models, definition drawings, and relevant documentation according to company procedures and engineering standards.
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to guarantee new and revised component definitions are fit for purpose.
* Produce tolerance stack-ups to aid new product creation and validation.
* Promote and encourage continuous improvement of tools, processes, methods, and guidance materials.

Requirements:
* Relevant experience in an engineering environment (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical or Controls) with additional qualifications advantageous.
* Familiarity with Siemens NX and Teamcenter software, as well as ISO/British Standard and/or ASME Y14.5M drawing standards.
* Appreciation of gas turbine operation and system design concepts beneficial.
