About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our Rough Sleeper Assessment Hub. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to provide short stay assessment bed spaces for individuals experiencing street homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hub Development: Collaborate with stakeholders, community groups, and service users to ensure the Hub meets the needs and aspirations of its target client group.
  2. Staff Management: Manage a team of staff, including the Deputy Rough Sleeper Hub Manager and Night Workers, to ensure the Hub operates effectively and efficiently.
  3. Housing Management: Provide high-quality housing and property management services, including lettings and end of tenancy procedures, managing arrears and voids, and ensuring regular health and safety inspections.
  4. Networking and Liaison: Foster good relations with the local community and ensure services meet contract and best practice requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  1. Proven experience in managing a similar service or project.
  2. Knowledge of health and safety and risk management procedures.
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support to rough sleepers.
