Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a skilled Investment Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, real estate, or a related field, with a proven track record of acquiring residential real estate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Originate and secure investment properties through financial analysis, negotiation, and market knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, developers, and vendors.
  • Conduct financial analyses to evaluate investment potential and returns.
  • Undertake due diligence on prospective acquisitions and de-risk transactions.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish in coordination with the legal team.
  • Prepare reports and proposals to secure internal investment approvals.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in surveying, real estate, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in the acquisition of residential real estate (ideally 5+ years experience).
  • Financial acumen with the ability to build and manage complex investment models and evaluate deals in Excel.
  • The ability to converse with legal, tax, and corporate finance individuals.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £53,000 - £72,000, dependant on prior experience, plus benefits including a generous pension and parental benefits.
