Role: Maintenance Engineer

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Interaction Technical has partnered with a leading global manufacturer of engineered fasteners, installation machines, and parts feeding equipment to find an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.

The company offers a great working environment at their state-of-the-art site in Corby and is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to aid the growth of the company.

Overtime available at an enhanced rate

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery on site
  • Monitoring Preventative maintenance schedules and planned work to ensure repairs, maintenance, and part orders are up to date
  • Electrical and mechanical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance
  • Completing relevant training & development to progress career

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a maintenance engineer, carrying out PPMs, Reactive Maintenance, attending breakdowns, electrical or mechanical fault finding & repairs
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance engineer
  • Previous experience in CAD Design systems (reading technical drawings)
  • Relevant qualifications, either electrical or mechanical (City & Guilds, NVQs)
